How it works
How Bazio works with your Telegram community
Verify your community once, connect it securely, and turn Telegram posts into marketplace listings.
- No bot to create
- No token to paste
- Verified admins only
What Bazio is
A platform that powers community marketplaces
Bazio is not one shop. It is the layer underneath many of them, each belonging to a community that already exists on Telegram.
It starts in Telegram
Members post what they are selling in the group they already use. Nothing to install, no sign-up form, no new habit to learn.
Posts become listings
Bazio reads a post and prepares a real listing from it: title, description, price, photos, category and how to reach the seller.
Each community runs itself
A community owns its own sellers, its own rules, its own review queue and its own storefront. Marketplaces do not mix.
Everything stays findable
A listing gets a permanent page with a searchable title and category, instead of scrolling away up the chat by the afternoon.
Setting up
Four steps, and only one of them is Telegram
You do the Telegram part once. Everything after that happens on your own dashboard.
- 01
Create your marketplace
Start a new community marketplace in Bazio and add the basic information about your community.
- 02
Verify with Telegram
Bazio checks with Telegram that the account you signed in with really is an owner or administrator of the group or channel.
- 03
Connect once
Verification connects the community using the Bazio bot. No BotFather, no token to copy, no webhook to configure.
- 04
Posts become listings
When members post something for sale in the connected community, Bazio can recognise it and prepare a marketplace listing from it.
Behind the scenes
What happens behind the scenes
Five things happen between signing in and a listing appearing. None of them asks you for a token.
Groups and channels
Both work, in slightly different ways
Telegram treats a group and a channel as different things, so Bazio does too. The difference is in how you pick it, not in what you get.
Telegram group
Bazio verifies that you administer the group, connects the Bazio bot, and reads the posts members write there so they can become listings.
Telegram channel
Bazio uses Telegram’s own add-bot flow, confirms the same administrator relationship, and publishes from channel posts into the marketplace.
Either way, the setup is designed so a community owner never needs technical Telegram knowledge.
Safety
Why connecting is safe
The whole flow is built so that nobody can claim a community they do not run, and so you never hold a credential you could lose.
Only an admin can connect it
Telegram itself is asked whether your account is the creator or an administrator of that chat. An ordinary member cannot connect a community, however they arrive at the page.
The exact community, not a name
A connection is keyed on the chat’s own permanent id, never its @username. Renaming your community does not break it, and typing somebody else’s name proves nothing.
No bot for you to manage
Bazio runs the bot. There is no token to store, no key to rotate and nothing that can leak from your side, because there is nothing on your side.
Tied to your marketplace alone
A connected chat belongs to one marketplace. Posts from it can only ever reach yours, and nobody else can claim the same community.
After approval
After your marketplace is approved
The community you verified during your application is already the one your marketplace is connected to. You are not asked to do it again.
- Your Telegram connection is already active. There is no second setup to do.
- The dashboard opens on Connected, showing the community, the bot and its permissions.
- Posts in that community start arriving and are prepared as listings.
- You control what gets detected, what gets reviewed and what publishes, from the same page.
An example
From Telegram post to listing
One message in your group, and the listing your marketplace makes of it.
Selling MacBook Pro M3, 16GB/512GB, €1,250. DM me.

€1,250
- Category
- Electronics
- Seller
- The member who posted it
- Status
- Published
Only posts that read as something being offered become listings. Ordinary chat stays ordinary chat, and anything your rules hold back waits in your review queue with the reason attached.
From post to listing
What happens between a group message and a live listing
This loop runs on its own once a community has connected its bot. Nobody has to copy anything anywhere.
- 01
Somebody posts in the group
An ordinary Telegram message with a photo and a price. The seller does nothing differently.
- 02
Bazio reads the post
The Bazio bot in that group passes it on, and the title, price, photos, category and seller are pulled out and prepared once.
- 03
The community’s rules decide
It is checked against that marketplace’s rules and the platform safety rules before anything is published.
- 04
It appears on the storefront
Live on the community’s own marketplace page, or waiting in their review queue with the reason attached.
A group belongs to one marketplace
An owner adds the Bazio bot to their own group and connects it from their dashboard. Bazio reads a group only after its owner has done that, and a group is connected to one marketplace only — posts in it can never reach anybody else’s.
Prepared once, not on every visit
A listing is worked out when it is created or genuinely edited. Browsing, searching and sorting never redo it, so a listing looks the same every time you open it, and a listing with no photo gets a designed placeholder rather than an empty grey box.
If you are buying
Find it here, finish it on Telegram
Browsing needs no account, and no part of the deal happens on this website.
Browse or search
Look across every public marketplace on Bazio at once, or open one community’s storefront on its own. Filter by category, place, price and type.
Message the seller
Every listing links to the seller’s Telegram. You talk to them directly, exactly as you would in the group.
Agree between yourselves
Price, payment, delivery and collection are arranged between the two of you. Bazio is not part of that conversation and never holds the money.
Report anything wrong
Every listing carries a report control. A report reaches the community that published it, and the platform when it is bigger than one community.
What a community runs
Every marketplace is separate, from the ground up
Bazio hosts many marketplaces and they do not mix. Each one is scoped to its own community in the database, not by a setting somebody could forget to switch on.
Its own sellers
A member who posts in the group is a seller in that marketplace. Their profile and their listings sit under that community.
Its own moderation
The owner and the moderators they appoint decide what publishes. Their authority stops at their own marketplace.
Its own categories
Each marketplace chooses the categories it trades in, so a car-parts group is not filed against a platform-wide list it never uses.
Its own storefront
Its own address, logo, cover and description. Owners can also keep it reachable by link only, out of the platform-wide browse page.
Money Team Albania is one of these communities, and was the first marketplace on Bazio. It runs on the same platform as every other one.
The public side
One platform, many storefronts
A community’s storefront carries its own name, branding and listings. The platform-wide browse page gathers the public ones together, and every card says which marketplace it came from.
- Each marketplace has its own web address, shareable anywhere.
- Every listing gets a permanent page, so it can be found again weeks later.
- Search, categories, place and price filters work across communities or inside one.
- A community can stay reachable by link only, and be left out of the platform-wide browse page.
Worth being clear about
What Bazio deliberately does not do
The platform lists and connects. It does not sit between a buyer and a seller, and it is better that you know exactly where its job ends.
- Bazio takes no commission on anything sold, because it never touches the sale.
- There is no checkout, no wallet and no escrow. Bazio never holds anyone’s money.
- Bazio is not a party to any transaction, and it does not guarantee an item exists, is authentic, or is as described.
- A verification badge means only that a specific check was carried out. It is not a promise about the seller.
- Buyer and seller conversations happen inside Telegram, where Bazio cannot see or store them.
The full position is set out in the terms and conditions, and what happens to your data is in the privacy policy.
Questions
The things owners ask first
Short answers, and none of them require you to understand Telegram’s API.
Do I need to create my own Telegram bot?
No. Bazio runs its own platform bot and adds it to your community for you. There is nothing for you to create.
Do I need BotFather or API keys?
No. Community owners never touch Telegram infrastructure. There is no token to copy, no webhook to configure and no key to keep safe.
Can anybody connect my community?
No. Telegram is asked directly whether the signed-in account is the creator or an administrator of that exact chat, and the connection is refused otherwise. A link sent to somebody else does not work for them either.
Do I have to connect Telegram again after approval?
No. The community you verified during your application becomes your marketplace’s connection when it is approved, so the Telegram page opens already connected.
Does every Telegram message become a listing?
No. Only posts that read as something being offered are turned into listings, and your marketplace’s rules are applied on top of that. Ordinary conversation is ignored.
Can I control moderation and what gets published?
Yes. From your dashboard you decide whether listings are detected automatically, whether they publish straight away or wait in your review queue, and which rules apply. Platform safety rules apply on top and cannot be waved through.
Do I need an account to buy something?
No. You can browse every public marketplace, open any listing and message the seller on Telegram without creating anything. An account is only needed if you want to manage something on Bazio.
How do I pay, and is it protected?
You pay the seller directly, however the two of you agree. Bazio has no checkout and no escrow, so nothing you pay passes through the platform and nothing is held or refunded by it. Treat every deal as you would one arranged in the group itself.
Who decides whether a listing appears?
The community that received it. Its owner and moderators run their own review queue, and a marketplace can either review everything by hand or publish the clearly clean listings automatically. Platform safety rules apply on top of that and cannot be waved through by any community setting.
Is Money Team Albania the same thing as Bazio?
No. Money Team Albania is one community with a marketplace on Bazio, and it was the first. Bazio is the platform underneath, and it hosts other communities alongside it.
What happens to ordinary chat in a group?
Only posts that read as something being offered are turned into listings. Everything else is ignored, and anything that is not published is not visible to the public.
How do I get my own community on here?
Sign in with Telegram, paste the public link to your group and send the application. A platform administrator reads every one. Applying is free and running a marketplace is free.
Launch your Telegram marketplace
Turn your community into a real marketplace, with verification you do once, listings that arrive on their own, and a storefront of your own. Applying is free and a person reads every application.
