Listings are checked against community rules and moderation settings, before or after publication depending on the marketplace

For community owners

Turn your Telegram community into a marketplace.

Connect your group or channel once. Bazio reads marketplace posts, structures them into listings, applies your rules, and gives you a storefront and a moderation dashboard.

No BotFather setup. No token copying. Bazio uses its own platform bot.

  • Free to apply
  • No commission on sales
  • You decide what goes live

Who it is for

Built for groups where people already buy and sell

If your members trade with each other, everything below already happens in your group. Bazio gives it a shape, an address and a memory.

  • Buy-and-sell groups

Classifieds groups where members already post what they are selling, and good listings disappear up the chat within a day.

  • Interest communities

Cars and parts, phones and electronics, crypto and P2P, sneakers, collectables. Anywhere members trade with each other.

  • Local and regional groups

City and diaspora groups that act as a noticeboard for rentals, jobs, services and second-hand goods.

  • Freelancers and services

Groups where people offer work rather than objects: design, development, repairs, transport, tutoring.

If nothing is bought or sold in your group, Bazio has little to add. It is a marketplace, not a community tool.

Step by step

From signing in to a live storefront

Eight steps, and only three of them need you at a keyboard. The rest is your community carrying on as normal.

  1. Step 1: Sign in with Telegram

One tap, no password and no sign-up form. Telegram confirms who you are and you stay on the website.

    • Signing in on its own gives you nothing. It only creates your account.
    • Your Telegram account stays yours. Bazio never posts as you.
  2. Step 2: Choose your community

Paste the public link to your group. Bazio reads its public name and description and drafts the wording for you, then hands you a form to check.

    • Anything Bazio could not work out is left blank and asked for by name, never guessed.
    • Nothing is created while you are filling it in. Your application is only filed when you press send.
    • A private group or a typo simply drops you onto the same form to fill in yourself.
  3. Step 3: Prove the community is yours

Open the Bazio bot and pick your group from the list Telegram shows you. Telegram offers only the chats you already administer, and Bazio then checks your role again on its own side.

    • There is no bot to create and no token to paste. Bazio runs the bot.
    • You never have to find a chat id. You choose the chat inside Telegram itself.
    • The list is a convenience, not the proof. Bazio confirms with Telegram that you really administer it.
    • A group already claimed by another marketplace is refused rather than moved.
  4. Step 4: A person reviews it

A platform administrator reads your application and checks that nobody else has already claimed the same Telegram group.

    • You can follow it under Your marketplaces, where it shows as Awaiting review.
    • Nothing of yours is public while it waits, and your marketplace name is held for you.
    • If it is turned down you are told why, and you can apply again.
  5. Step 5: Approval connects your group

You become the owner of that one marketplace, and the group you verified is connected at the same moment. You are not asked to set it up a second time.

    • Approval seats you in your own community and grants you nothing anywhere else on Bazio.
    • A Telegram group can belong to one marketplace only, and that is checked again at approval.
    • You can invite your own moderators and give them only what they need.
  6. Step 6: Your dashboard opens

Your own console, separate from everyone else. Listings, the review queue, members, categories, branding and settings, all for your marketplace alone.

    • A setup checklist walks you through what is left to do.
    • It works on a phone as well as a desktop, so you can approve a listing anywhere.
  7. Step 7: Posts become listings

From then on, when a member posts something for sale, Bazio reads it and prepares a listing: title, description, price, photos, category and how to reach the seller.

    • Photo albums are held for a moment so all the pictures land on one listing.
    • A repeat delivery of the same message never creates a second listing.
    • A listing with no photo is given a designed placeholder rather than an empty grey box.
    • A member who posts again under a new Telegram handle stays the same seller.
  8. Step 8: Your storefront goes live

Your marketplace gets its own public address, your own branding and only your own listings. Buyers browse it and message the seller on Telegram.

    • Nothing goes public until you have approved it, or your rules have.
    • You can switch the storefront off, or keep it reachable by link but out of search.

What happens to a post

A message on Monday is a listing on Monday

This is the whole loop, and it runs without you once it is connected.

  1. 01

A member posts in your group

They keep using Telegram exactly as they always have. There is nothing for them to install or sign up for.

  2. 02

    Bazio reads the post

Your bot passes it on, and the title, price, photos, category and seller are pulled out and prepared once.

  3. 03

    Your rules decide

The listing is checked against your marketplace rules and the platform safety rules before anything is published.

  4. 04

It goes live, or it waits

Either straight onto your storefront, or into your review queue with the reason attached.

All of the preparation happens once, when the listing is created or genuinely changed. Browsing, searching and sorting your marketplace never triggers it again, so your storefront stays fast and a listing always looks the same on every visit.

Who decides

Nothing is published behind your back

You choose how much you want to read. Your marketplace has two postures, and you can change your mind whenever you like.

Option one

Review everything

Every listing waits for a person before it appears. Nothing reaches your storefront that one of your team has not read.

  • Your storefront can say, truthfully, that every listing is reviewed.
  • Best while you are starting out, or for a small, high-value marketplace.
Option two

Publish the clean ones

A listing that is clearly fine and breaks none of your rules goes live on its own. Anything doubtful still waits for you.

  • Keeps a busy group moving without a queue building up overnight.
  • Anything your rules block, or that fails the safety check, still stops. No setting can wave that through.

Your review queue

Anything held back lands in one place with the reason attached, so you are never guessing why it stopped. From there you approve it, turn it down, take a published listing back off the storefront, or hand it to the platform when it is bigger than your community.

  • Approve and publish
  • Turn it down
  • Take it back down
  • Escalate to the platform

What can happen to a listing

Your rules. Bazio does the checking.

Every listing ends up in exactly one of four places, and it is always clear which team owns the decision.

  • Allow

The listing breaks nothing and goes to your storefront.

  • Community review

It waits in your queue and someone on your team decides.

  • Bazio review

A higher-risk case leaves your queue and Bazio decides it.

  • Block

A prohibited listing is stopped and never reaches anyone.

Bazio’s platform safety rules protect every marketplace on it. You can add your own rules on top, and they only ever tighten what reaches your storefront — nothing you configure can loosen a platform protection.

Where your community lives

Your community stays on Telegram

Bazio does not replace your community. Telegram remains where people talk. Bazio adds the marketplace layer around it.

  • Nobody has to move, sign up or learn a new app to keep trading.
  • Members post exactly as they always have, in the group they already use.
  • Buyers reach the seller back on Telegram, in their own chat.

Your own ground

Your marketplace is separate from every other one

Bazio hosts many marketplaces, and they do not mix. Yours is scoped to your community from the database up, not by a setting somebody could forget to switch on.

  • Your listings are yours

Every listing that arrives through your group belongs to your marketplace. It appears on your storefront and nowhere else on the platform unless you allow it.

  • Your sellers are yours

A member who posts in your group is a seller in your marketplace. Their profile and their listings sit under your community.

  • Your categories are yours

You choose which categories your marketplace trades in, and listings are filed against those rather than a platform-wide list.

  • Your team stops at your door

The moderators you appoint have authority inside your marketplace only. Running one marketplace gives you nothing in anyone else’s.

The public side

A storefront that looks like your community

Your own address, your own logo and cover, your own description and your own categories. A visitor lands on your marketplace, not on a page with somebody else’s name at the top.

  • Your own web address, which you can share anywhere.
  • Your logo, cover image and description, exactly as you saved them.
  • Only your listings, filed under the categories you chose.
  • Your community’s Telegram link, so visitors can join the group itself.
  • Listed on the platform-wide browse page too, unless you would rather stay reachable by link only.

Before you apply

The questions owners ask first

Does it cost anything to start?
Applying is free and running your marketplace is free. Bazio does not handle the money between your buyer and your seller, so it takes no commission on anything sold. Paid options exist only for extra visibility and seller tools.
Do my members have to sign up for anything?
No. They keep posting in your Telegram group exactly as they do now, and buyers contact them on Telegram. Signing in on the website is only needed by people who want to manage something.
What happens to ordinary chat in the group?
Only posts that read as something being offered are turned into listings. Everything else is ignored, and anything that is not published is not visible to the public.
Can I stop it once it has started?
Yes. You can disconnect your bot at any time, which stops new posts being read, and you can switch your storefront off without deleting anything. You can also close the marketplace entirely from your own settings.
Can someone else claim my group?
No. A Telegram group can belong to only one marketplace, and that is checked again at the moment of approval rather than when the application was filed.
What if my application is turned down?
You are shown the reviewer’s reason on your own page, and you can fix what was wrong and apply again. Nothing is created or published in the meantime.

Start your marketplace

Applying takes a few minutes and costs nothing. Paste your group, check the details and send it. A person reads every application.
